We hope you are happy with your purchases from Honestly Frank but if not, we will be happy to offer a full refund on any item as long as it is returned to us in a saleable condition, within 28 days of purchase. The refund value does not include the cost of any postage. After the 28 period, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.

Any refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds may take up to 14 days to show up in your account.

You will be responsible for paying the return postage costs for any item.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour please contact us at hello@honestlyfrank.co.uk.  Exchanges will only be accepted if your product is in a saleable condition, as you would have received it.  Only when your product has been received and inspected will an exchange proceed.
